These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made by consumers in the online shop Rob Allen Europe (the “Shop”).
1. Seller

2. Products and prices
We sell original Rob Allen spearfishing equipment. Product photos are illustrative; small differences in colour or details are possible. Prices are in euro and include VAT for customers in the European Union. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you place the order. Customers outside the EU may have to pay import duties and taxes.
3. Orders and contract
By placing an order you make an offer to buy the selected products. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or the price was obviously wrong; in that case any payment is refunded in full.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The order is processed after the payment is received.
5. Delivery
We deliver to all countries except the United States and Australia. Delivery terms, prices and times are described on the Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you when you or a person named by you receives the goods.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Details are on the Returns page.
7. Warranty and complaints
You have the statutory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Lithuanian law. Please send complaints to info@diver.lt; we answer within 14 days. Normal wear of parts such as bands, lines and rubbers is not a defect.
8. Safety
Spearguns are dangerous equipment. The buyer is responsible for using them safely and lawfully. Some countries restrict the sale or use of spearguns; please check your local rules before ordering.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. If we cannot solve a dispute together, consumers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (www.vvtat.lt) or the consumer authority in their own country.
11. Changes
