A beavertail flap runs between your legs and clips to the front of the jacket to stop it riding up. The clips are small and easy to lose on the boat, so keep a spare pair in your dive bag. Each order contains two clips.
Check the clips at the start of each season and replace any that are cracked or no longer hold firmly.
