All orders are shipped from Vilnius, Lithuania, with a tracked courier service. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Shipping cost
The shipping price is calculated automatically at checkout, based on the destination country and the size and weight of your package.
- Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia: maximum €9.99 per order.
- Other European countries: calculated at checkout by country and package.
- Countries outside Europe: most items can be shipped; long items such as spearguns are quoted on request – please contact us before ordering.
We ship to all countries except the United States and Australia.
Packing
Spearguns are shipped in one box together with the shafts and accessories from the same order, so everything arrives together and well protected.
Dispatch time
Orders are usually dispatched from Vilnius within 1–2 working days (in-stock items). Delivery time depends on the destination country and courier.
Pre-order items
Items marked Pre-order are ordered in for you from Rob Allen. We confirm the expected delivery date by email after you order, and pre-order items are dispatched within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot meet that date, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
Prices and VAT
Prices include VAT for customers in the European Union. Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, payable by the recipient.
