14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a person named by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
How to return an item
- Inform us by email at info@diver.lt before the 14-day period ends. Please include your order number and the items you want to return.
- Send the goods back within 14 days after informing us, to: UAB DIVER.LT, Žygio g. 90-165, LT-08242 Vilnius, Lithuania.
- Items must be unused, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Return shipping and refunds
The buyer pays the cost of returning the goods, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We refund the price of the returned goods and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back. The refund is made with the payment method you used.
Products cut or made to your specification (for example bulk rubber cut to length) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Faulty goods
If an item is faulty or not as described, contact us at info@diver.lt with your order number and photos. Your statutory rights under EU and Lithuanian consumer law, including the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity, are not affected.
